Booking Reservations

THE RATES:
Please see the 2008 rates below. To make a booking please scroll down and use the booking form further below, alternatively please contact us. Please read our booking conditions below.

General Conditions

1. For bookings less than 1 week, a 2 nights non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and any balance owing is required in advance on check in.
2. For bookings more than 1 week but less than 4 weeks, a 1 week non refundable deposit (equivalent to 1 weeks rent) is required to confirm the booking and any balance owing is required in advance on check in.
3. For bookings more than 4 weeks, a 1 week non refundable deposit (equivalent to 1 weeks rent) is required to confirm the booking and payment is then required only on a week to week basis.
4. Minimum stays over Christmas and New Year 1/12/2008 to 1/01/2009 is 1 week.
5. Credit card surcharge for all payments is 2%

Christmas and New Year Conditions.
The above rates do not include Christmas and New Year from 01/12/2008 to 01/01/09, which is surcharged by 50 percent.

1. All Christmas/ New Year bookings are to be paid in full when booked.
2. If you require rates beyond these dates please contact us.

Cancellations.
If you wish to cancel your booking, a cancellation fee will apply as above or as follows;

1. If a guest chooses to check out early for whatever reason, the amount returned if any is at the discretion of the management. We recommend appropriate travel insurance protection.
2. Christmas / New Year see above.

All cancellations must be made In WRITING using one of the following;

1. Using our email Address.
2. A fax on ……………….
3. Mail to our Street Address.

A cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.
